We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect for all services. In order to avoid being charged for a service, you must give us prior notice so that we can properly reschedule your service.
We understand that life happens, but please also understand that our estheticians work hard to ensure that every client receives their best services, and when we have no-show to appointments, that means that they were unable to provide that slot to someone else that may have been able to fill it.
If you missed an appointment and got charged, we can still reschedule your service and apply that charge amount to the next service.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
